Iris is a round coffee table with a simple, clean and functional shape and descriptive details. The base has softly rounded corners where part of the legs embraces the table top. The aesthetics are inviting and generous with a high sense of materiality where the structure of the wood is highlighted. The inspiration comes from Japanese wood joining techniques and Swedish craftsmanship. Iris is equally beautiful on its own or in a group and fits both at home and in public settings. Iris is available in three different sizes.
“I wanted to create a series of coffee tables that was modern and timeless at the same time. Its very versatile because you can choose different tabletops or stains depending on your wishes and taste. It should be able to exist in several different contexts and communicate with its surroundings. It should feel natural in the office, in the hotel or at home” – Daniel Lavonius Jarefeldt.
